Our ways of working

Medeco is responsible for product development and sourcing of the own brand medical devices of Mediq. The brands Klinion, Curion, Absorin and Cenaman are well established medical device brands and are being sold in more than

12 European countries via our dedicated distributors and Mediq Business units.


Where are you coming from?


Qualifications, experience and skills

The successful candidate has at least 3 years’ experience in operational purchase or customer service. Fluency in English and Dutch speaking and writing is also required. Has knowledge of SAP, CRM and Marketing communications applications. Has affinity with healthcare and medical devices.


Where are you heading?


Your role

The Customer Service Officer provides professional customer support to the Mediq Own Brand business, including order intake, order handling, order monitoring, complaint and claim handling, master data management and communication towards the business units.


You collect and register orders and other requests send by business units regarding Mediq Own Brand purchases. You review requested and possible delivery quantities and dates. You confirm delivery quantities and dates and communicate proactively with Mediq business units about detected deviations. Due to your dedication, flexibility and strong proactive communication skills Mediq business units experience a very strong customer focus. In case of complaint and claim handling you register all complaints according predefined formats and forward these to the Global Product Manager. You have an active role in communicating the results of complaint and claim handling to business units. Your drive to deliver a strong performance towards the business units will be noted and appreciated internally and externally the Medeco B.V. department.

You have responsibility for a part of the master data management of the department. You assure availability of relevant contact details. You also improve reachability of the department and product information availability towards business units.







Which skills can you apply?

You are an excellent communicator, able to work extensively with other Mediq departments and international business units. You are comfortable working at pace, in a highly complex environment. Acting as primary point of contact for customer service and managing stakeholders in order to meet / exceed expectations. This position requires a proactive attitude, flexibility as well as effective plan and organize and analytical skills.
